  6. Send to provided return address

Refund Process

  • Refunds processed within 10 working days
  • Original shipping costs not refunded
  • Return shipping paid by customer
  • Refund to original payment method

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened supplements
  • Products with broken seals
  • Items marked as final sale

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged or incorrect items:

  • Include photos of damage
  • Keep original packaging
